KMHR Solutions is owned and managed by Karen Mitchell. Karen has over 20 years of commercial experience in the private sector, predominately in manufacturing and logistics sectors.  Working up to Director level in the logistics industry and through KMHR working with a variety of other industries including, construction, charities and health and beauty.

 

Karen is fully qualified, with a Certificate in Personnel Practice plus a Certificate in Management and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brooks University

 

She also has an in-depth knowledge of redundancy and restructuring, TUPE, Employee Relations issues and managing change in the workplace.

 

 She believes HR is not just about administration and rules and regulations but also about managing employees and working towards common goals which will benefit the business and embrace a culture which encompasses both the business and its employees.

Karen Mitchell - KMHR Founder / HR Business Partner

Meet Nicola, Our HR Business Partner. With a robust educational background, holding full CIPD qualifications from the University of Northampton, alongside a BA Hons in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of Port Elizabeth (now NMMU), South Africa.

Her  journey spans diverse sectors, from logistics and brewing to the motor industry and wool processing, bringing a wealth of experience to our team.

Isabelle Lockwood - Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager, Isabelle Lockwood, is an experienced and knowledgeable individual who brings a wealth of experience to our team at KMHR.
 
Starting her career as sales controller and steadily increased my responsibilities to the role of Operations and Finance Manager, working for the same company for 26 years.  As part of a small team of 5 I was responsible for running the office, including purchasing, finance, marketing and HR amongst other tasks.This varied and hands-on background has equipped Isabelle with a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a business running smoothly.
 
At KMHR, Isabelle supports the HR team while also managing the operational side of the business. Her practical experience and calm, solutions-focused approach help ensure we continue to meet our goals and deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
