KMHR Solutions is owned and managed by Karen Mitchell. Karen has over 20 years of commercial experience in the private sector, predominately in manufacturing and logistics sectors.  Working up to Director level in the logistics industry and through KMHR working with a variety of other industries including, construction, charities and health and beauty.

 

Karen is fully CIPD qualified, an Associate Member,  with a Certificate in Personnel Practice plus a Certificate in Management and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brooks University

 

She also has an in-depth knowledge of redundancy and restructuring, TUPE, Employee Relations issues and managing change in the workplace.

 

 She believes HR is not just about administration and rules and regulations but also about managing employees and working towards common goals which will benefit the business and embrace a culture which encompasses both the business and its employees.
