  2. Get people involved across your company - create a network group specifically for LGBTQ+ employees. Reward those that do get involved in the network group

  3. Engage team members that are not LGBTQ+; they can help spread the message that diversion is celebrated within your company.

  4. Ensure that LGBTQ+ people receive senior support.

  5. Speak to your staff - educate them on what inclusion looks like within your company.
